    Myelofibrosis (MF)

    Age: 67

"Craig was a kind-hearted man who loved nature, technology, laughter, and new experiences. His passion for traveling brought him many new places throughout the years, and allowed him to experience more of the world which he found so beautiful."

Craig Edwin Litchfield, age 67 of Beaumont, passed away Friday, January 24, 2014 in Houston. Born on July 19, 1946 in Port Arthur, TX, Craig graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in 1964, and attended Lamar University. He was retired from Sysco Foods, where he was a salesman for almost 30 years, and where he also met his wife of 26 years.

Craig was a kind-hearted man who loved nature, technology, laughter, and new experiences. His passion for traveling brought him many new places throughout the years, and allowed him to experience more of the world which he found so beautiful. He was a member of Beaumont Bible Church, along with his wife, daughter, and father-in-law, J.B. Allen. People meant a great deal to him, and he maintained friendships with his high school friends, his work friends, and his neighbors. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Elton Elmo Litchfield and Kathryn Elzora Van der Stall.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Litchfield, and daughter, Kathryn Litchfield, both of Beaumont; Erika Litchfield of Groves; his siblings, Billy Litchfield and Lynda McClelland; and countless other friends and family.
